Via Cucina is a vintage style mobile food trailer producing tasty Italian Street Food & Coffee around the Yarra Valley and Melbourne regions.

What does 'Via Cucina' mean?

Via Cucina can be interpreted in two ways:
​
1. 'Via Kitchen' - lets be real... we all go "via the kitchen" before heading out. 
​
2. 'Street Kitchen' - In Italian, street is "Via". 
For example- the world famous luxury shopping street Via Monte Napoleone.
