All food/coffee is made in a council-registered kitchen in line with with the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Code.
Via Cucina is not a gluten-free or nut-free preparation kitchen, and while we do offer gluten-free and nut-free menu options and do our best to ensure that surfaces and utensils are clean, there is a chance of cross contamination.
